Mums can enjoy two gentle hatha yoga classes, focusing on issues that are particularly relevant during pregnancy.
Laura Hinde has taught pregnancy yoga since 1995 and this experiece, combined with her own pregnancies has helped her develop a practice for:-
Creating space in the physical body for your growing baby
Reminding you to listen and trust your own body
Addressing particular ante-natal issues
Bonding with your unborn baby
Toning the pelvic floor
Gently increasing the body range of movement

Both parents are able to attend this session which offers birth education and support based on the current evidence, delivered in a way that empowers parents to make their own informed choices. We take you through all you need to know to have the calmest birth experience for you.

Working as a birthing team
Putting together a personalised toolbox for staying in charge, letting go and having a calm experience
Pilates is a perfect form of exercise for mums during and after your pregnancy – both for you and your growing baby. It supports you through postural changes and improves muscle tone, strength and mobility.
Grace Lillywhite gained my Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates certification in 2010. She loves working with women at this wonderful time and is committed and passionate about giving you the tools for a healthy pregnancy, birth and beyond!
In this session you will work on posture and alignment, breathing techniques and relaxation as well as understanding and working with your pelvic floor. We will work with you functionally to enable you to transfer what you have learned to make positive changes in your every day lives.

Life with a newborn can be a bit of a shock.
This workshop helps both parents looks at newborns' needs and offers frameworks to help you make your life with your newborn calmer and happier. We will help you to understand how your newborn will behave and why as well as giving you helpful tips and techniques for calming them.
We’ll help you to understand:
Why babies cry and how to calm them
Why babies sleep the way they do
How you can help them to sleep
Practical tips on carrying, feeding and nappies.

All the food is nutritiously prepared by a fantastic Michelin Star chef, except for the Saturday night where we will go out as a group to a local restaurant.
